Experience in process optimization

We are available at all times to advise you on improving your working procedures and storage of diatomaceous earth. Specific proposals for improvement are developed in consultation with your employees, with training also being provided by us, if required. Measures for process optimization include:

• Automation of diatomaceous earth dosage during the ongoing process by using closed delivery systems, e.g. silo truck, Big Bag or LAB container
• Training courses in the protection of employees against dust contamination at the workplace
• Recommendation on the creation of operating manuals
• Installation of a “policing” filter as protection against breaches of the diatomaceous earth. An additional and cost-effective bag filter is sufficient to prevent ruptures in the diatomaceous earth on the precoat filter leading to particles entering the final product.
